[ITK] Captcha image not working when trying to create Jira account

Hi everyone,

When trying to sign up for an account on the Jira ITK issue tracker just
now, the Captcha image is not loading. I tried on multiple different
browsers, and on Windows and FreeBSD. None worked.

Could someone else please test if it is working for them?
