[ITK] [ITK-users] Bug in example ImageFilter

Hi,

I've just downloaded 
https://github.com/lorensen/ITKWikiExamplesTarballs/raw/master/ImageFilter.tar 
which doesn't compile out of the box because ImageFilter.h tries to 
include ImageFilter.txx which does not exist - should be ImageFilter.hxx 
(or ImageFilter.hxx must be renamed to ImageFilter.txx).
