[ITK] Question about CBCT projection data

Hello,

I am new to image processing and I have started recently working on CBCT.
I was able to export .his file that yields a 512*512 matrix.

I am having difficulty in the interpretation of this matrix.

Can anyone tell me how is the value of the X ray projection I/I0 related to
the numbers in the matrix ?
