[ITK] [ITK-users] zoom 3d image.

Hello,
I'm using a 3D ball. How can I avoid the dilation along dimension[2].

    StructuringElement3DType::RadiusType radius1;
    radius1.Fill(r);
    StructuringElement3DType structuringElement =
StructuringElement3DType::Ball( radius1, true );
    mpEndoMaskDilater->SetKernel(structuringElement);


Could you suggest a different structuring element?
