[ITK] use remote module

Hi communities,

When I try to use a remote module (anisotropic diffusion LBR) in my code, I
got error that the 'itkstructureTensorImageFilter.h' no such file...

I have turned on the cmake flag when building ITK. Do I need to do anything
specific to use remote module's code?

I probably can manually copy the .h file, but think it's not the optimal
approach.
