[ITK] LINK PROBLEM

Hi Anna,

I tried to reproduce your build error with

- VS2015, a 32bit Release build
- ITK 4.10.1
- The source and build path that you used.
- 32-bit CPython 3.5

but the build succeeded without any errors. Maybe your source code
download is corrupted? Or, there is some other factor we are missing.
