[ITK] Resample image in Java

Hi people,

Ivan is trying to register CT with T1wMRI using SimpleITK in Java. So far
he got a registering transform saved into a file. He now wonders how to
resample his first image into the same space of the second image using the
given transform. Can anyone provide guidance?
