[ITK] CenteredRigid2DTransform

Hello!

I am using ITK for image registration now, and I build the source code ImageRegistration5.cxx in ~/InsightToolkit-4.9.0/Examples/RegistrationITKv4.
And in this code, it uses CenteredRigid2DTransform, but I found is that I got a image that was scaled, I don't know why.
So, is the CenteredRigid2DTransform includes SCALE parameters?
