[ITK] [ITK-users] Cerebral Spinal Fluid Extraction from 3D Image

Hi !
I would like to extract the CSF (Cerebral Spinal Fluid) from a 3D Segmented Dicom Image (.dcm) using ITK.
Any help ! Any suggestion ! please.
