[ITK] Uncrustify style config

Does anyone have a config file for uncrustify
<https://github.com/uncrustify/uncrustify> which implements ITK style? How
about for some other reformatting tool? KWStyle
<https://kitware.github.io/KWStyle/> only does style check, not style
reformatting.
