[ITK] Memory leaks with ITK and MFC

Hi Kit,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

We can see that you created the files TestOCTLib2012.h,
TestOCTLib2012View.h and TestOCTLib2012Doc.h.

But, to better understand the issue (if any), I suggest you either share
the source code of your project or create a minimal example allowing to
reproduce the problem.

Creating a minimal example would be ideal, it could then be added as a test
within ITK.
