[ITK] SimpleITK Python wheels?

Hi,

Sorry if this came up before - but I would really like to use
SimpleITK for a course I'm teaching in a month or so, and I noticed
that you only have Windows wheels at the moment.

I'm very experienced with building OSX and the new manylinux wheels,
and so I wonder if I can help with building those, so they can be
uploaded to pypi?
