[ITK] (beginner question) How to get transform matrix then apply it to another volume

Hi,

I used 2 MR volumes as inputs for ImageRegistration20.cxx, and got them aligned with each other. Now I have another CT volume. My questions is how do I get the transformation matrix from the affine transform in ImageRegistration20.cxx then apply it on the CT volume?
