[ITK] How to properly abort filter with itk::Barrier inside?

Hi,

itk::BinaryImageToLabelMapFilter has itk::Barrier inside. It sometimes
leads to infinite waiting after AbortGenerateDataOn() call. Is this a bug
inside this specific filter or am I aborting in a wrong way?
