[ITK] [ITK-users] How to use rotation matrix and translation to perform Rigid 3D transform?

Ok, this is CSharp (I'm using SimpleITK) but there may be a similar
statemnt in C++

What I use to change the tolerance is:
ProcessObject.SetGlobalDefaultCoordinateTolerance(0.001);

I saw your origins are not equal in the email you sent..
