[ITK] [ITK-users] How to use rotation matrix and translation to perform Rigid 3D transform?

Hi,

Thank you for the speedy reply!

I am trying to do number 1. From what I understand so far, I thought I would
need to use Rigid3DTransform to apply the dicom transform and then use the
ResampleImageFilter to match the PET and CT size, spacing, number of slices,
etc.
