[ITK] building old version of ITK on Ubuntu

Hi,

Working on medical ultrasound open source project, I have to build some
package I found that relies on 3.16.0 version of ITK. I am trying to compile
 ITK on Ubuntu 14, but I get a great number of errors I have to correct :
for instance adding this-> prefix a bunch of times. Is there a way not to
do that and compile it with a specific compiler and some specific flags ?
