[ITK] ITK Toolkit?

Hi Tünde,

checking out *master* branch and CMake configuration went fine. To speed up
compile time, I disabled building of examples and testing. I also enabled
ITK_LEGACY_REMOVE. I did not enable Module_ITKVtkGlue.

Opening the solution file in VS2015 was fairly slow - it might have
something to do with the fact I just installed it. Building in Release x64
finished without a problem: 212 succeeded, 0 failed, 3 skipped.
