Well, i tried it on a volume with more resolution, but I don't seem to get
the correct results.
Here is the input volume

And here is the slice visualisation (in 3D we can see anything of the
thinned volume), the first image is the input volume, the second is the
thinned one.

Francisco can you walk me through what you did to get the correct skeleton?
