[ITK] problem with installing SimpleITK with conda (Linux)

Hi Kayhan,

SimpleITK was built against an older version of libpng. Please downgrade the version in the virtual environment  you are working in:
conda install libpng=1.5.13

Hopefully this will solve the problem.
