[ITK] [ITK-users] Question about itkCenteredVersorTransformInitializer

Hello Jan,

Please remember that the ITK registration framework ( and initializers ) produce a transform which maps points from the fixed image to the moving image. My first guess is that you are applying the transform in the wrong direction.
