[ITK] Compilation problems

Hi Constantinus,

Welcome to ITK!

You may need to disable anti-malware programs, at least for the used
directories.  Visual Studio and anti-malware programs can compete over
opening files, and Windows is limited to only allowing one program to
open a file at a time.
