[ITK] [ITK-users] Generate a line according to a specific direction

Helo everyone;

I would like to generate a line that follows a specific direction (3D), I
only want to set the length and the direction vector of the line. 

I did my research and i didn't find what I am looking for.
Is there any method that can do that?
