[ITK] [ITK-users] Implementation of DBSCAN clustering algorithm in ITK

Hello insight-users,

Does ITK include an implementation of the DBSCAN algorithm[1] or are there
plans to add one? Searching through the code didn't turn anything up, but
maybe I missed it.
