[ITK] Installing New Modules (Source and Header Files) to ITK dir

Hello Richard,
Thanks for your answer and interest. Most likely there is a problem with
the VS compiler that I'm using. I will try again with a different compiler
in windows and also I will test it in Linux and update if there are any
specific problems.
