[ITK] SimpleITK 0.8.1 wheel for OSX 10.10

Hi Brad and all,

I'm trying to upgrade a virtualenv to 0.8.1 and I'm getting this error when
I try to read an image:

The '/scratch/dashboards/...' path is not local - I think this is an error
in the wheel file?

I removed and reinstalled SimpleITK:

pip uninstall SimpleITK

pip install
> ~/Downloads/SimpleITK-0.8.1-cp27-none-macosx_10_6_intel.macosx_10_7_intel.macosx_10_8_intel.macosx_10_9_intel.macosx_10_10_intel.whl


but still get the same error.

FYI:  I'm running with pip (1.5.6), setuptools (3.6), virtualenv (1.11.6).
