[ITK] [ITK-users] Building PyBuffer (itk 4.8.0/Win7/VS2012)

I'm having problems building PyBuffer (itk 4.8.0) under Windows 7 64-bit 
using Visual Studio 2012. Numpy is 1.9.2.
I get the following errors when building the BridgeNumPyPython project:

Error    4    error C2133: 'dimensions' : unknown size    c:\insighttoolkit-4.8.0\modules\remote\bridgenumpy\include\itkPyBuffer.hxx    61    1    BridgeNumPyPython
