[ITK] [ITK-dev] Failing tests related to eigen analysis change

Hi Olivier,

Since it requires Module_ITKReview to be ON, we missed some failing
tests that result from the eigen analysis update:

Git bisect confirms they follow from this patch:

  http://review.source.kitware.com/#/c/20092/


If the result is more correct, we should just update the baseline
images, agreed?
