[ITK] GDCM version in ITK 4.8

The latest version of GDCM on SourceForge is 2.4.4 (http://sourceforge.net/projects/gdcm/files/ <http://sourceforge.net/projects/gdcm/files/>), but in ITK 4.8 it looks like a newer version is available according to the GDCM source there (InsightToolkit-4.8.0/Modules/ThirdParty/GDCM/src/gdcm/CMakeLists.txt):

set(GDCM_MAJOR_VERSION 2)
set(GDCM_MINOR_VERSION 5)
set(GDCM_BUILD_VERSION 0)

Is this the latest stable released version now?
