Hello There
I had problems with my thesis where I was very difficult to separate the
brain tumor with the outer circumference of the brain or skull.
if I can define a brain tumor I want to also calculate the volume of a brain
tumor through a pixel value.
I use the method of segmentation threshold without using visualization only
ITK and I use dicom image.
can you help me
