[ITK] Building ITK examples with VTK 6.2

I'll have to try the examples with VTK6.2. I'm sure the warnings are
gone for VTK master because vtkRenderingFreeTypeOpenGL has been
removed from VTK.

I assume you are building the examples outside of the VTK tree?
