[ITK] [ITK-users] Where can I get ItKVtkGlue

Hi Abdul,

ITKVtkGlue used to be a separate project, but it is now integrated
into ITK as the module ITKVtkGlue.  You can enable in your ITK CMake
configuration by setting

  Module_ITKVtkGlue

to ON.

It requires a build of VTK.
