[ITK] InterpolateImageFunction wrapping errors

Hello Michka,
I think that systems turns on just about every thing in it's configuration [1]. To reproduce it try adding:
ITK_WRAP_rgba_unsigned_char:BOOL=ON
ITK_WRAP_rgba_unsigned_short:BOOL=ON
