[ITK] Writing stardard unit tests? CMake?

Hi Nicolas,

Some information is added here [1] -- the CMake test generation has
changed slightly, but the test driver executable has the same image
regression functionality.  The many unit tests in ITK serve as
examples.  Please let us know if you have any questions.
