[ITK] [ITK-dev] ALERT: Remote modules broken

Folks,

Just updated my ITK that has a couple of remote modules. A recent
checkin causes cmake errors if a remote module is turned on.

I get this error:
CMake Error at CMake/ITKGroups.cmake:78 (string):
  string sub-command REGEX, mode MATCH needs at least 5 arguments total to
  command.
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  CMake/ITKModuleEnablement.cmake:93 (include)
  CMakeLists.txt:304 (include)

if I remove my remote modules, the error goes away.
