[ITK] [ITK-users] Another weird one

Another strange issue I have seen since changing to itk 4.5.2 that actually
causes a crash of the program I am running has a stack trace that looks
like the following

ProcessObject::update()
DataObject::Update()
ImageBase<3>::UpdateOutputInformation()
ProcessObject::UpdateOutputInformation()
ImageFileReader<itk::image<short,3> itkDefaultConvertPixelTrats<short>
>::GeneraterOutputInformation() line 116
ImageIOFactory::CreateImageIO()
HDF5ImageIO::CanReadFile()
isHdf5()
H5E_clear_starck()
H5E_preintf_stack()
H5MM_xfree()

This is happening when trying to read an mhd file.

Any help is very much appreciated
