[ITK] Editing subscription options

Hello,

Sorry for this question. I'm trying to edit my subscription such that I
don't receive emails from the group. I tried to do that and got that my
authentication failed. So, I chose the option of the password reminder, and
got a note that a reminder of the password has been emailed to me, but
didn't get anything. I also tried to "unsubscribe" just to check if
everything is working, and also got the message of a confirmation email
being sent to me, but no emails.

What should I do in this case?
