[ITK] GccXML MD5 mismatch

Hi

I updated the gccxml download location because we use a newer version [1].

Before, the file was hosted on itk.org.
I thought it was easier to maintain by linking directly to the commit on github, as there is
no need to create a tar.gz by an itk.org admin.
Seems to be a not so stable idea ...

I don't know what is the stability of the hash on github. Do they always stay the same ?
I just redownloaded the file and I have yet another different hash ...

Can somebody upload a new gccxml tar.gz to itk.org ? So we have this fixed before the 4.6 release.
