[ITK] [ITK-users] Surface extraction problem

Hi.
I've found what the problem was.
The solution is simply to use the MeshFileWriter class to save the mesh that
the BinaryMask3DMeshSource class instance outputs. Though the file format
cannot be Nifti as it was the format I was using in my application. It must
be, for instance, VTK format.
