[ITK] [ITK-users] Does VUL need to be installed separately from ITK?

All--

I noticed that some parts of vxl (such as vnl) are installed with ITK,
whereas others (such as vul) are not.  Is there a ccmake flag I can use when
building ITK that will cause vul to be built along with ITK, or does it need
to be installed separately?  I looked down the list of the flags in the
ccmake command line interface, but nothing jumped out at me.
