[ITK] Text window for debug and warnings in windows.

Hi,

I found this text window were the itkDebugMacro() and related is being
printed a little inconvenient in my system (windows 7). As long as the
application is alive (normaly console executables) the window is displayed,
but in a corner of the screen really small and the scroll functions are
blocked, and once the application ends or crashes, the window is gone.

Is there an environment variable or some way to change this behavior by
default?
I looked in the documentation and the wiki but did not have much success.
