[ITK] [ITK-dev] ATTN: Remote Module maintainers

Hello,

As part of the ITK 4.6 release candidate process I have run valgrind on a number of Remote modules and non standard modules.

Here are the results on CDash[1] and a brief summary:

IOSTL  - 14
ITKIOMINC - 30
SCIFIO - 2340
SmoothingRecursiveYvvGaussian - 29

Many of these memory defaults are easily addressable.
