[ITK Community] [Insight-developers] failure when installing ITK 4.5 linux (compilation OK)

Hi Brad,

It works fine with make!

After a little investigation, it appears that the compilation/installation was not performed from an initial clean build tree, and there might have been some issues with old configuration files (?).
Anyway, it now seems to work fine with ninja…
