[ITK Community] Transforming a deformation field to velocity field

Hello!
I was searching the forums for a way of transforming a deformation field to a veloctiy field. Unfortunately, all I could find is one rather old thread ( http://www.itk.org/pipermail/insight-users/2010-September/037977.html ) citing Arsigny's and Bossa's papers and Tom Vercauteren's Insight Journal submission ( http://hdl.handle.net/10380/3060 ) . With ITK4, I was wondering if such functionality has been added somewhere else in the toolkit. All I could find were IntegrationFilters, but I would be looking for the opposite, the 'logarithm' ...
