[ITK] [ITK-dev] DisplacementFieldTransform::SetIdentity method missing?

Hello,

I noticed there was no SetIdentity method for the DisplacementFields. It seems like it should be pretty easy to add, just fill the displace field with zeros, and inverse if set?
