[ITK] SSE2 errors on dashboard

Some SSE2 errors appeared on the dashboard on the 31 of July, see http://open.cdash.org/buildSummary.php?buildid=3431994
The errors appear also on the wrapping machines.
Any clue what is causing this ? I was not able to determine the origin of it.
