Note: in cmake you should always use forward slashes '/' not '\'

binary: C:\Toolkits\itk-4.5.2\bin

If you do not there is something wrong with your ITK source code installation, or (more likely) you have provided the wrong source location in cmake.  Are you using cmake-gui?

I'm trying to install ITK, but got the following error in CMake while "generating":

CMake Error at Modules/ThirdParty/VNL/src/vxl/v3p/netlib/CMakeLists.txt:474 (ADD_LIBRARY):
Cannot find source file:

libf2c/pow_dd.c

Tried extensions .c .C .c++ .cc .cpp .cxx .m .M .mm .h .hh .h++ .hm .hpp
.hxx .in .txx

How can I solve this issue?
