[ITK] [ITK-users] [SCIFIO] How to make ITK to download the SCIFIO module?

Hi Joe,
Once the Module_SCIFIO was turned ON once, it is downloaded and it
will be built by default as long as BUILD_DEFAULT_MODULES is ON for
that source tree.
