[ITK] Build failure on dashboard

Hi

since my changes to the print function in BuildHeaderTest.py for python 3 compatibility (thanks to Matt for the cleaning up after the merge),
this build is still failing: http://open.cdash.org/viewBuildError.php?buildid=3305224
This computer is still under python 2.4.3.

We have 2 solutions:
- Either upgrade it to python 2.6
- I'll make a patch for python 2.4.3 to fix this

For Python wrapping we decided some time ago to go for python 3, 2.7 and 2.6.
I suppose that for "normal" ITK builds, we have to support older versions of Python ? (2.5 and 2.4 ?)
What versions should we aim at here ?
