[ITK] [ITK-users] how to setting cmake to compile itk 4.5 to install in a single directory

Hi everyone,
When I finish the itk compile, I want to include the itk headers from  a
single directory.
I checked previous posts, there is ITK_USE_FLAT_DIRECTORY_INSTALL
I didn't find it in ITK 4.5 version.
So if there is anyway to do?
